Online Content: What Consumers Want

We recently gave a webinar on Online Content- What Consumers Want.  For those of you who missed out on hearing it, we wanted to share that information with you in a series of blogs.  The first week we are going to focus on “The Online Movement”.

Each day more and more business gets done online.  76% of Americans were online users in 2009.  The internet is easily accessible.  Wireless internet and internet ready cell phones are very popular.  Businesses are even setting up ways to sync with certain phones.  Having the internet, you don’t have to flip through hundreds of pages in a phone book to find self storage.

Wondering to your self, where do I start?  There are many options and most are affordable and provide a quick return.  Every consumer is different and has different wants when searching for a storage unit, so approaching them with a variety of ways to contact you is best.  Make sure you set yourself apart; get creative with your ideas, make your storage facility stand out.
